Thomas C. Perry, Jr., P.E., P.L.S.
Mr. Perry graduated
in 1991 with a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in
Agricultural Engineering from the University of Florida.
In 1994, Mr. Perry was employed by JPA; prior to that
time he was employed by an engineering firm in Lee County.
In 1997 Mr. Perry became president of the corporation.
Raymond Clark Tullos, P.E.
Mr. Tullos graduated from Mississippi State University in
1961 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He worked
for the USDA Forest Service prior to starting work at JPA
in 1971. Mr. Tullos served as president of the corporation
until 1997 and is currently vice-president of the company.
Scott F. Jones, P.E.
Mr. Jones graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor's and Master's
degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. In 1999, Mr. Jones was employed
by JPA; prior to that time he was employed by an engineering firm in Tampa.
Armando L. Benavides, P.E., P.L.S.
Mr. Benavides graduated from Louisianna State University
with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. He has worked for the company since 1961 and is a
vice-president.
Franklin A. Shutts, P.L.S.
Mr. Shutts graduated in 1976 from Palm Beach Junior College with a degree in Surveying. He has
worked for the company since 2002 and brings with him over 20 years management experience.
